here is my tool GUI
There is nine part in this tool, next I will explain each part's function.
1.
click this button which can create the plane and environment.
2.
type the curve that you want to create the road base on that
you can decide to smooth the curve or just choose the curve
3.
base on the curve x and z axis you can decide the length of the z and x, and block height on the road
4.
in sometime the road might reverse, So just click the "reverse" button the the road will reverse back.
5.
type the curve name (the one you want to make the building align on ), type the number, the number which control the each building space and rename your building(must rename it otherwise it will get error when you try to create other side of the building).
6.
base on the curve's facing side, in this four button you only can click on button at a time.
when you click wrong button just (ctrl + Z)
and the pivot point will change
7.
type the curve that you want the building to align on and rename the group(building inside the group), and you can change the position od the group.
the road has two side, which means the building need generator two times. So when you want to create other side of the building. just start from step 5. and change the curve name (usually the name of the other side curve will be ( "your curve name"_1 ))and rename the building and group, also the pivot point.
