vellum grain (collide with heightfield)
Cause the heightfield don't have the thickness. if the grain want to collide to the height field, then the height has to be the closed geomtroy.
I use the extrude volume.

before after
Now I can successfully import the heightfileld
after simulation we think that make the grain into the hole is not good idea. So we change it in to the more flatten area. and in case the grain is flow around I increase the stickiness of the grain.
the sand is flow to the left and the sand is too sticky
first reduce the stickiness
second decrease the velocity damping(from 0.02 to 0.01)
the sand is still flow to the left. So I decide make the block and give the heightfield more friction in dopnet work.

the sand is stop flow to the left but the sand is still is not stable while the controller is not moving (which make the grain look like not the sand )
change the friction from 0.75 to 10 to test the grain stable how to effect by the
static threshold
change the friction from 0.75 to 1 .75
the result might need little bit higher
change velocity damping 0.05, static threshold 3.75 , dynamic scale 0.4
add blocker
still need some adjust about static threshold dynamic scale and velocity
Maybe the pscale min is too small will cause the sand flow
next step I will increase the min pscale
after testing the problem is still come from the stickiness,
next I will make the sand less stickiness and make the simulation running longer to see the result
the result looks good
currently setting is : two blockers, one controller, one heightfield.
dopnet work setting: all object friction is 5, expect the controller :0.1
velocity damping 0.02, iterations substeps :5 static threshold 0.75
dynamic scale :1 attraction weight :1 attraction :0.5
click off the Assume Uniform Radius
next step is try to se if I can make the sand more stable than this
attraction :0.8, look like the same, next I will change to 1.5
attraction :1.5, I wondering that if I can keyframe the Auto Sleep or not, So that I can make the grain stable quickly and also can be collide with the controller.
the result seems working, but only a few particle have collide with the controller, I think it might becasue the auto keyframe need to be adjusted.(after test still have the collide issue)
static threshold 5
